About Us

Band Aid Music is a family run business that has been ‘assisting musicians since 1992′. It started out as a guitar workshop and lutherie doing repairs and settings for local discerning guitarists. Today, one can find some of the best brands of musical instruments and amplification on sale.

Tucked away in a quiet street in Zabbar, Band Aid Music’s commitment for an honest, personalised service, where only the best is good enough, has earned it the reputation that keeps the cream of local (and foreign) musicians flowing to the old workshop. Over the years Band Aid Music has provided their assistance to international artists such as Jethro Tull, Fish, Roger Hodgson (Supertramp), Claudio Baglioni, The Blues Brothers, Percy Jones, Bill Bruford, Ian Ritchie, Alan Parsons, the Wailers, Zucchero, Bryan Adams, Jose’ Carreras, Nina Ferro, P P Arnold, Gianni Morandi, Riccardo Fogli, Riccardo Cocciante, Matia Bazar, Chris de Burgh, Tom Jones, Michael Bolton, James Blunt, Ronan Keiting, Jesse Cook, Patti Smith, Uriah Heep, Leo Sayer, Robert Plant, Boomtown Rats, Dee Snider,  and many more. As for the long list of local artists; they refer to them as good friends.

Although providing for all musicians, their specialization has always been guitars and amps. Band Aid Music can boast of years of experience and training in complete repair, rebuild, servicing and restoration of all stringed instruments. Anything bought from or repaired at Band Aid Music carries with it a promise for the best after sales service possible. After all…its all in the name!
